We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Coffee Shop chain - a person who will take the condition of our coffee shops and the performance of our equipment to the next level. This role has a significant impact on business results and fully aligns with our priorities: guest - team - business results. Responsibilities:

Develop preventive maintenance plans for coffee shop equipment and premises; Perform preventive maintenance of coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime; Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep; Manage and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs and services; Monitor and inspect the quality of work completed by contractors; Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency; Maintain a log of maintenance activities and report to management; Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance, technical support, or a similar role; Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; Experience in maintaining and repairing coffee equipment is a strong advantage; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively; Good communication skills to liaise with contractors and team members; Flexibility to respond to urgent situations outside of regular working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in a relevant technical field; Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
