Roles & Responsibilities

Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for Installation of coffee machines, and repair Machines at customer, store, our group premises and in the workshop, conduct preventive maintenance and calibration services. Repair, install and adjust coffee machines Respond to breakdown call outs Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance Keep track of machines and spare parts inventory Inform the line manager about inventory requirements Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Any other duties given by the management from time to time Conducting demo about the servicing techniques of all the coffee machines brand Complete the task within the shortest time possible as to increase the overall performance of the outlet Responsible for making endorsements and reports of the tasks performed and queries of clients to
the Sales department.

Installation & Trouble shoot of kitchen equipment's like combi oven, ice machine, dishwasher, vending units etc.
Desired Candidate Profile

Coffee industry experience is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Valid driving license Coffee Machine Repairing: Minimum 3-4 years
