We are currently looking for a skilled Coffee Machine Technician with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to join our dynamic team.

As a Coffee Machine Technician at Tajer Coffee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be crucial for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues in high-end commercial coffee machines. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines, ensuring that all electrical and mechanical components are functioning properly. Troubleshoot electrical issues, mechanical failures, and other system malfunctions within coffee machines. Perform routine servicing tasks such as cleaning, descaling, and inspecting machines for signs of wear and tear. Offer technical support and guidance to customers on machine usage, maintenance, and resolving basic issues. Maintain and organize inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance. Provide customer training on machine operation and basic maintenance procedures. Ensure all repairs and services are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Electrical Certification

or equivalent experience is required (e.g., electrician qualification or electrical engineering background). Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues with coffee machines. Previous experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, repairs, or installation (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license (if travel is required for the role). Ability to lift and carry equipment as necessary.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
