to oversee industrial painting and coating operations in Oil & Gas projects across Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in surface preparation, coating application, and team management. A valid
Qatar Driving License
is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site coating and painting activities in compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Monitor surface preparation, coating processes, and curing to ensure quality and productivity
Coordinate with QA/QC and project teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain job site documentation, reports, and daily progress updates
Ensure compliance with all HSE policies and safe work practices
Lead and manage painting/blasting teams effectively
Inspect tools, materials, and equipment to ensure operational readiness
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Coating or Painting Supervisor
in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector
In-depth knowledge of surface preparation methods, coating systems, and relevant standards (e.g., SSPC, NACE)
Strong leadership, reporting, and organizational skills
Valid Qatar Driving License
is
mandatory
Ability to manage multiple teams and meet tight deadlines
Must be currently based in Qatar
