FBE Field Joint Coating Supervisor
Educational Qualification
A degree or diploma & Certification in coating application or NACE preferred.
Experience
5+ years of experience in FBE field joint coating, with 3+ years in a lead role.
Preference
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
JD
Supervise FBE coating operations and ensure compliance with project specifications. Oversee surface preparation, preheating, and powder application. Monitor coating quality, thickness, adhesion, and ensure proper curing. Coordinate with QC teams and address any non-conformances. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
