Full - CNC Turning Operator

We are looking for a CNC machine operator to join our team immediately.

CNC Turning machine operator with experience in metal fabrication company.

Basic requirements

The candidate must have experience in CNC Turning operation.

Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs.

Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.

Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.

Possessing the ability to create files and acrylic cutting.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage.

4 years' experience as a CNC machine operator.

Ability to translate technical documents and engineering drawings.

Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.

Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.

Good computer and mathematical skills.

Operates and feeds the machine in a safe and efficient manner, and according to established procedures.

Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components / finished product.

May operate hand tools to complete the production process.

Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.

Should have a knowledge of Materials.

Should have a Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.

Setup machine for production.

Measure & verify all Calculations and Design prior to Setting up the machinery.

Maintaining a working area as clean and organized (5C's).

Performing Regular maintenance of Machinery.

Should have Knowledge about Codes to specify speed, cut of any tool path for a CNC

Operates and feeds the machine in a safe and efficient manner, and according to established procedures.

Continually watches the machine to ensure quality.

Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

May perform preventive maintenance as specified.

Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings.

Performs other duties as assigned.

From AED. 2,000.00 - 3,500.00 per month plus Benefits.
