Job Description
Duties
Develop and optimise CNC programmes based on engineering drawings and specifications. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and produce accurate parts. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings and programme changes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
Experience
Minimum 5 years Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with G-code programming languages is essential with CAD/CAM software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
