Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines including
Accumech, Flexicam, and SCM Morbidelli 5-axis
.
Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD/CAM drawings for CNC machining.
Use software such as
AutoCAD, ArtCAM, Aspire, Alphacam, and SCM Maestro
to design and prepare files for production.
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and joinery specifications to create precise CNC programs.
Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure accuracy and finish.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines in a
joinery or woodworking environment
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and CNC-related applications such as
ArtCAM, Aspire, Alphacam
, and
SCM Maestro
.
Ability to create and interpret 3D drawings for CNC machining.
Experience with
5-axis CNC machines
, particularly
SCM Morbidelli

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal training or certification in CNC machining, woodworking, or related field.
Prior experience in a custom joinery or architectural millwork setting.
