We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in wood joinery to join our manufacturing team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating CNC machines specifically for woodworking applications and be able to interpret technical drawings, ensure precision, and maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC machines for wood joinery production, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and CAD/CAM files for accurate machining.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor the machine during operation to ensure products meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with the design and assembly teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Assist in material selection and cutting processes based on project requirements.
Keep accurate records of production output, maintenance logs, and quality checks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator in a woodworking or joinery environment.
Familiarity with joinery tools, wood materials, and finishing processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Good proficiency in English.
