Cnc Milling Operator Based In Kezad Abu Dhabi
Job Description
1. Machine Setup & Operation
- Setup CNC milling machines (3-axis)
- Load tools, set work offsets
- Read and interpret G-code
2. Blueprint & Drawing Reading
- Understand technical drawings and tolerances (GD&T)
3. Tool Selection & Knowledge
- Choose correct cutting tools for material and operation
- Monitor tool wear and change as needed
4. Material Handling
- Work with metals (aluminum, steel, SS) and plastics
- Handle raw materials and finished parts safely
5. Quality Control
- Use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge)
- Check part dimensions and maintain tolerance
6. Basic Programming Knowledge
- Minor edits to G-code on the controller
- Understanding of cycles (drilling, tapping, facing)
7. Machine Maintenance
- Daily checks: lubrication, coolant level, chip cleaning
8. Work Discipline
- Follow safety protocols
- Report production daily (quantity, rejections, downtime)
