Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an experienced and reliable Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating milling machines (manual or CNC) to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision metal components. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions. Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and functional. Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments during production. Maintain a safe and organized working environment. Complete production reports and communicate any production issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or vocational training in machining or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating milling machines. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Basic knowledge of CNC programming (for CNC operators) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
