We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
CNC Milling Machine Operator and Programmer
to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce precision components to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for an experienced individual with expertise in both machine operation and CNC programming.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
Load/unload materials and tools, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
Monitor machine performance during production runs and make necessary adjustments.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Determine the best machining strategies, tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job.
Simulate and test toolpaths before production to ensure accuracy and avoid machine collisions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator and Programmer.
Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
