to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC router and laser cutting machines to produce high-quality parts and products according to design specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC router and laser machines based on job orders and design files (DXF, DWG, AI, etc.)
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
Load and secure materials (wood, acrylic, MDF, etc.) onto the machine table.
Adjust machine settings (speed, power, depth) to optimize cutting and engraving quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and laser machines.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and operational procedures.
Collaborate with designers and production team to ensure smooth workflow and minimize material waste.
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors or technicians.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating CNC routers and laser cutting machines.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
