Job Description

:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled

CNC Laser/Router Machine Operator cum Designer

to join our production team. This role involves

operating CNC machines

for cutting, engraving, and milling a wide range of materials, while also using

design software

to prepare artwork and layouts for custom jobs. You will play a key role in turning client ideas and concepts into precise, high-quality physical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain

CNC Laser Cutting Machines

and

CNC Router Machines

with accuracy and care. Load and secure materials like

MDF, acrylic, plywood, plastic,

etc., onto the machine bed. Run pre-set jobs or input job parameters using CNC control software. Monitor the cutting/engraving process, adjust feed speeds, depth, and laser power as required. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and perform basic machine servicing. Create and prepare vector files suitable for CNC output using

CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Fusion 360

, or similar software. Modify customer artwork or create new designs from scratch based on project requirements. Ensure design files are optimized for material use and cutting efficiency. Proven experience operating CNC laser and/or router machines. Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator). Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Understanding of different materials and their behavior during cutting/engraving. Attention to detail and high level of precision. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with CNC machine parameters and tool path setup.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and precision.
