Operate and monitor CNC and Laser cutting machines for lighting pole components.
Well knowledge about Laser cutting Estimation
Engage with the sales team to collaboratively discuss and refine design ideas and making Quotation for Laser cutting and Bending machine.
Interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
Ensure precision, accuracy, and quality in all cutting operations.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Follow safety standards and company production procedures.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in CNC or Laser cutting machine operation (preferably in steel/fabrication industry).
Basic knowledge of machine programming and material handling.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.
