Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Acrylic Fabricator

with strong technical skills in cutting, shaping, and assembling acrylic materials. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in fabrication, knowledge of tools and machinery, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and finish acrylic products such as boxes, as per project specifications. Operate tools and machines, including:

Laser cutting machines

(CO? or CNC)

CNC router machines

Heat benders, polishing machines, and cutting saws Read and interpret

technical drawings, CAD files, and templates

. Cut, bend, drill, polish, and assemble acrylic sheets with precision. Ensure proper finishing (flame polishing, buffing, edges). Conduct quality checks to meet company standards. Work collaboratively with the production team. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

as an Acrylic Fabricator or Plastic Fabricator. Strong knowledge of acrylic materials and fabrication processes. Ability to measure and cut accurately using fabrication tools. Familiarity with

RDWorks, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Illustrator, or similar software

is an advantage. Read and understand technical drawings or sketches Hands-on experience with laser/CNC machines Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

High school diploma or technical certification in fabrication, mechanical, or related field preferred.

for acrylic) Set up machines according to job requirements and ensure proper calibration. Maintain cleanliness, organization of work area, and equipment. Follow safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with teams to prioritize and complete tasks in the schedule. Use design software for file preparation. (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator, etc.)*
