Draw an escalation Process for Canon Solutions Portfolio and to monitor the progress of those escalation until closing
Escalation point for trouble shooting on any projects.
Main contact with Ntware to provide technical Information for NSO’s
Visit end-user premises to investigate and resolve problems as necessary.
Evaluate, prioritize and respond to field suggestions and written enquiries.
Take overall technical responsibility for assigned Solutions.
Provide technical assistance and support to Training Courses, Exhibitions and Seminars carried out by other departments of RSO as required.
Attend training courses on nominated solutions as required.
Maintain and update training records.
Ensure that work processes and workflows exist for all Solutions Support related tasks
Coordinate with Service Teams to Increase the Connectivity rate Canon Devices to e-Maintenance
Manage resources to ensure the availability of the right quality & quantity of resources. Work closely with HR to ensure a professional working relationship is maintained, & that local operational needs are balanced to the needs of the business
Oversee & monitor all market research & analysis related service activities to ensure that budgets are used appropriately & are in line with strategy & objectives.
Communicate the Canon Strategy & message to the team to convey a unified message to the external world
Management of Systems Engineer, IS, PM team
Providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
Interview & hiring of new competent employees
Providing smooth induction along with HR
Identifying trainings to upskills staff along with HR
Regularly evaluate employees to determine how well they are fulfilling their job & whether they are meeting company standards for professionalism, attendance, & work performance.
Supervise all staff members to determine how well they function in their jobs on a day-to-day basis.
Maintains the service staff job results by counselling & disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, & appraising job results Provide coaching where necessary
Responsible for agreeing KPIs, objectives
What we ask
Must have/be:
Engineering Degree “Computer or Communication”
Office Solutions Experience 5 Years Plus
Uniflow and Therefore Experience
Uniflow Advanced Diagnostic Certified
Able to communicate, at times involving complex technical information, to individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
High level of Customer Centric attitude.
Certification and Experience on Microsoft Networking infrastructure, Servers and VMWARE
High level of technical knowledge and experience (5 years minimum) coupled with the ability to relate technical information to non-technical people at all levels.
