CME & Document Control Manager

Description -

Services Supply Chain (SSC) CME Team is seeking an experienced Change Management Experience (CME) & Document Control Manager. The change management lead oversees business projects that require altering aspects of an organization. The changes may involve organizational structure, use of technology, business processes, etc. The role is to manage, drive SSC CME strategy & manage, maintain, and control all documentation for SSC & Partners (BRDs); that includes business process flows, training materials, user guides, BRDs in coordination with CME Team.

As a Change Management & Document Control Manager, you assess the scope of the project and determine what areas of the business should be adjusted. Then you monitor each phase of the project, ensuring production moves on time and within budget. You also make sure the staff is properly trained on the changes & documents are constantly well managed thought their change cycle.

Key Elements:
  • Define & implement SSC CME plan & strategy to manage change across SSC Strategy & transformation
  • Drive and coordinate with CME Team to achieve business process documentation, BRDs & training materials for internal operations and Partners
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining Document Control processes assuring document control, cataloging, change control and workplace / repository
  • Manage properly documents change management flow, including proper socialization & communication to users & Partners
  • Develop and maintain the project SharePoint based system / documents repository & platform ensuring necessary documentation is managed& socialized properly
  • Trains team members in processes and document control POM & tools as necessary
Responsibilities:
  • Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
Education and Experience Required:
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
