Provide customer service support & co-ordinate with relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction is achieved
Maintain & develop relevant business reports using tools like Tableau & Google Analytics
Work with warehousing & demand planning teams to ensure stock transfers are completed on time
Contribute to digital marketing campaigns & promotions across \xe2\x80\x93 paid search, paid social, display & CRM
What we ask
Valid family or student visa (minimum 6 months valid)
Able to work 40 hours a week (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday)
Language: Arabic Speaker (Must)
