As a Supply Planning Analyst in Canon, you will be responsible for:
Transportation and distribution: Coordinate with selected carriers for distribution, scheduling shipments and E2E shipment tracking.
Data analytics: Analyze cost, inventory reports, contract reporting trends, and sales order reporting.
Project management: Handling key projects for the department as assigned.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding industry and delivery terms.
Problem solving: Include quickly identifying any concerns in the areas assigned and focus on resolving to minimize their impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Documentation and compliance: Ensuring all key documents are maintained, customs documentation, shipment docs etc.
Projects: Supporting on the key projects as assigned.
Data analytics: Analysing and supporting on preparing monthly key performance indicators (KPI) reports such as cost analysis, order aging, contract management reports...
