We are looking to hire Financial Planning/ Supply Chain Analyst in Egypt. The work location will be 10th of Ramadan, Egypt
The role of the Sr FP&A Analyst (Network Profitability) is to proactively support the optimization of the individual business units to increase the overall profitability of the region. He/She should develop a helicopter view of the business network to drive commercial improvement opportunities based on capacity utilization, given cost assumptions and price sensitivity. Key customers for this role are the internal Supply Chain (S&OP), Pricing and Commercial capabilities.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provide agile, economically-sound recommendations for any supply chain/commercial decisions, utilizing system tools or adhoc scenario modelling to arrive at a range of potential outcomes.
  • Provide timely financial reports to the business leadership that concisely communicate the key drivers of performance for:
  • weekly S&OE, monthly Pre S&OP and S&OP cycles.
  • the mid month and month end forecasts.
  • monthly and quarterly actuals.
  • Participate in the forecast process as a power user (not as a preparer):
  • Partner with the S&OP team to ensure that the financial projections reflect the risks and opportunities from a supply/demand perspective.
  • Be the overall sense check on the forecast considering your proximity to the key business drivers and staying aware of the impacts of unusual financial adjustments communicated by the accounting and forecasting teams.
  • Suggest improvements in the forecast process that reduce the amount of time and complexity needed to arrive at directionally accurate financials.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of impacts/variances relating to the main business drivers (Volume, price, mix and key costs).
  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\x93 the role will require regular interaction with the leadership team.
  • Candidates with a FP&A / Supply Chain background are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
