InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Cluster IT Specialist to support our hotels' technology infrastructure and ensure seamless IT operations across our properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
- Maintain and support the IT systems, networks, and software across multiple properties.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement IT solutions, updates, and upgrades aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist in ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with hotel management and staff to optimize technology usage.
- Provide training and technical support to staff as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel IT solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
