Cluster General Manager : Lifestyle Hospitality Salary circa 30,000 Moroccan Dirham plus benefits Based in Marrakech Regular travel across your cluster to be expected. This is a hands:on roles with your operations. Our client is a new generation international hospitality group with multiple new openings across the world. They are operating trendy / lifestyle properties with a range of services including trendy restaurants and cocktail bar; wellness centre; events and meeting spaces as well as hubs and coworking space without forgetting the comfortable bedrooms of course. We are recruiting an experienced hands on Hotel Manager to support the management of their properties in Morocco. The Cluster General Manager is the main leader at the Cluster, providing leadership to the managers and staff and making sure the locations function optimally while achieving all financial, revenue and experience goals. They are looking to strengthen their leadership team by adding this position that will * support, coach and develop the managers, * manage the clusters P and L and reporting ensuring that all revenue, costs and data is consistent across all channels * monitor and maximize the profitability of all departments. * ensure all standards and procedures are met. * optimize commercial activities to ensure the group objectives are met. * continue to develop an effective, cohesive and competent team. * lead and support the recruitment and selection process for open positions * ensure positive work environment and highest quality of service to ensure customer experience YOUR PROFILE * Previous experience as General Manager in a 3* or 4* full:service Hotel * Multi:site experience is advantageous * Strong food and beverage experience * Ability to lead, coach and develop his / her team * Passionate, with a hands:on approach * Strong financial and commercial acumen * Is committed to the development of the business and the hotel team. * Dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, natural leader * Hands:on and current knowledge of the Moroccan is essential Interested in this great challenge?
