Cluster General Manager : Luxury Hotels, UAE Super duper opportunity for a strong, multi:site Hotel General Manager to take on this Cluster role and oversee these well:established properties. We will also consider very strong GMs who are running large properties and ready for their next step up. We are interested in chatting to Hotel General Managers who have experience in the UAE ideally. Strong Gulf experience will also be considered if experience matches the brief. This job role will be a cluster position and you will be fully responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, new business development, dealing with stakeholders and working closely and supporting all departments and teams. We need the following experience, attributes and skills for this role: * Must be a current Hotel General Manager of a large luxury property and ideally have cluster or multi:site experience. * Commercially focused operator who is able to drive business forwards * Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders. * Be hands:on and have the ability to get things done. * Hugely passionate about all aspects of hospitality and very up:to:date with current trends * Mentor and inspiring leader to your team * Financially savvy operator with good contacts in the region * Must have experience in the region Full Package: AED60:70k pm all inclusive Get in touch:
