Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in the GCC
Certified Procurement Specialist / Chartered Procurement Professional
Engineering degree or Chartered QS (MRICS)
Proven Contract Management and Cost Management expertise
Direct experience with top 5 main contracting firms
In-depth knowledge of procurement operations, practices, and regulations across Qatar, KSA, and UAE
Demonstrated experience in leading and structuring procurement teams, managing multiple projects and vendors across mega construction projects
Proficiency in using modern procurement dashboards, tools, and reporting systems
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Available to start immediately
