Our client is a well reputed high end nightlife venue in Dubai looking to hire an experienced Club Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Achieve targets and operate the venue within budget guidelines
Manage the operations of an establishment by hiring and training staff, scheduling shifts, and supervising operations
Overseeing the operations of the floor operations, including making sure that staff are performing their jobs efficiently and that security measures are in place
Overseeing the setup of special events such as concerts or fundraisers
Creating marketing plans to promote events and increase customer awareness of the venue\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf

What we are looking for?

Proven experience as club manager or relevant role
Bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
Previous experience working in a nightclub or similar venue
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in the industry
