You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers. You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement. You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution -governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation. You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultingOR equivalent experience. 4+ years' of experience in a customer-facing technical role, driving architecture design, solution implementation, or cloud adoption.Hands-on experience designing and deploying Azure landing zones aligned with enterprise-scale architecture best practices. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., VNETs, VPN, ExpressRoute, load balancing, firewalls, DNS). Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash or PowerShell.Experience with Python for automation, integration, or infrastructure as code scenarios.Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized workloads and modern application hosting.
