Role Overview
We are seeking a
Kitchen Supervisor
to support day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple food brands within our Al Quoz cloud kitchen. Working closely with the Cloud Kitchen Manager and Culinary Manager, you will oversee food prep, quality control, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily service and consistent brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Execution
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations across all active brands.
Ensure every dish and beverage meets brand standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
Support efficient prep, production, and dispatch workflows.
Team Supervision & Training
Guide and motivate a multicultural kitchen team.
Train new and existing staff on recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
Monitor performance and promote a positive, solution-oriented work culture.
Quality & Compliance
Enforce Dubai Municipality and HACCP food safety standards.
Conduct regular quality and portion checks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all prep and service areas.
Inventory & Efficiency
Support the management of stock levels and daily requisitions.
Track wastage and report discrepancies to the Cloud Kitchen Manager.
Ensure efficient use of ingredients and adherence to cost-control procedures.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Report maintenance issues, delays, or shortages promptly.
Support new menu rollouts and seasonal launches.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a supervisory role (cloud kitchen, multi-brand, or QSR preferred).
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and team management.
Familiar with
HACCP
and food safety compliance.
Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with kitchen management or inventory systems such as
Foodix
or
Sapaad
is an advantage.
