to manage the daily operations of our busy delivery-only kitchen in Dubai. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring food quality, order accuracy, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to food safety standards. We are looking for a reliable individual who already possesses a
valid residency visa
for the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
The Cloud Kitchen Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the back-of-house operations, with a focus on high-speed delivery service:
Operational Leadership:
Supervise all kitchen staff (chefs, commis, and stewards) during shifts to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to recipes, and efficient order fulfillment.
Quality & Consistency:
Conduct regular checks to guarantee all prepared food meets the company's high standards for quality, portion control, and presentation before dispatch.
Delivery & Dispatch:
Closely coordinate with the dispatch area and delivery platforms to ensure accurate and timely order hand-off to riders, minimizing delays and errors.
Inventory Management:
Manage stock control, receiving of goods, storage, and rotation to reduce waste and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Strictly enforce all local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (
HACCP
principles), maintaining a spotless and safe working environment.
Staff Training:
Train new kitchen team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team.
Equipment Maintenance:
Monitor and ensure all kitchen equipment is kept in excellent working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
