We are looking for a Clinical Promotion Specialist whom his focus is to increase the customer satisfaction and retention rate, broaden product adoption in existing and new accounts, and to provide pre and post-sale support.
The Clinical Promotion Specialist will be based in Saudi Arabia and will be onsite. You will work as a cross-functional team member reporting directly to the regional manager, providing application support for the business channel partner, distributor teams, and external customers.
Clinical support includes education on product theory and technology, support operation, and appropriate use of consumables for various clinical settings, involved in pre and post-sale to identify and foster elements, processes, and champions that result in successful product adoption.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide the application & technical training, troubleshooting, SOP's, etc. for Beckman Coulter virology portfolio to business partners & customers when needed.
Fulfil customer application needs in terms of the accreditation process including CAP, JCI, CBAHI. etc.
Support customers and clinical practitioners on technical validation, comparison studies and product evaluations of all product portfolio including virology, Immunoassay & serology.
Implement scientific medical value and "pre-analytical trainings" in the market to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as increasing business revenue to assist achieving sales targets.
Promote BC virology products and solutions at customer-facing events and conferences
Support local and regional trade shows as required.
Keep up to date with latest developments in the clinical diagnostics community, including competitors' products.
Collect virology installation bases data from market, analyses the data and present insights to have overview of the market. Keep updating the data as per market dynamics
Maintains excellent working relationships with Virology KOL and other HCPs, establishing a network in the virology medical community and laboratories, to facilitate the acceptance for innovative tests, and developing professional relationships that help the company to demonstrate the high value of our virology products and to address the barriers and how to drive the virology market to expand our new solutions to a wider customer.
Ensures activity planning/reporting at the SFDC software, keeping data updated
Supports tender department on product knowledge updates and work with them to register any new product in NUPCO
The essential requirements of the job include:
Formal Education-MBA/PhD/Master's/bachelor's in medical laboratory technologies
5+ years' experience as laboratory application specialist with records on accreditation process especially the immunology, serology, and virology, as well as on validation & evaluation process and running a full comparison study on clinical systems.
3+ years of experience on similar business industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, geographically distributed organization with multinational culture environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Track record of building a successful partnership and teamwork.
Strong ability to create presentations and proposals that reflect the needs of the client.
Clear understanding of sales conceptual, business process and environment, VOC and customer satisfaction.
