We are now looking for a

Clinical Operations Manager

to lead and grow one of our clinics in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth and client acquisition through partnerships, collaborations, and local market development. Manage daily clinic operations ensuring premium patient experience and service standards. Recruit, train, and supervise the clinical and administrative team. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase visibility and client flow. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and corporate partnerships. Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with the medical director and HQ on business strategy, budgeting, and performance improvement. Ensure compliance with DHA and local healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in the UAE market (medical, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred). Strong understanding of

Dubai's healthcare and wellness sector

. Proven experience in

client relationship management, business development, and team leadership

. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
