We are hiring a Health Operations Manager to join my clients organisation, based in Abu Dhabi.
This person will oversee and optimise healthcare operations and project delivery. This role supports daily operational management, quality assurance, resource planning, and staff development across health services.

This person will oversee and optimise healthcare operations and project delivery. This role supports daily operational management, quality assurance, resource planning, and staff development across health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational planning, policy implementation, and process improvement
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and performance KPIs
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Guide team performance, capacity planning, and staff development
- Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and emergency preparedness
- Bachelors degree; healthcare certifications (ACHE, CMPE) preferred
- 6-10 years in health operations or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of lean management, population health and value-based care
- Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and committed to operational excellence
