The Clinical Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering clinical training programs to healthcare professionals, sales teams, and internal staff. This role ensures that all trainees gain a thorough understanding of clinical products, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and demonstrations for healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams.
Deliver product-specific and clinical education sessions to ensure proper usage and understanding of medical devices or solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and clinical education initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and follow-up sessions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, technologies, and industry standards.
Provide on-site and virtual training support across hospitals, clinics, and training centers as required.
Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Ensure all training activities comply with internal policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
Support clinical trials, workshops, and seminars as a subject matter expert when needed.
