What you'll do
Provide advanced face & body consultations and create personalised treatment plans.
Provided advanced machine facials and skin treatments, including micro-blading and chemical peels.
Conducted sales and marketing activities to expand brand reach.
Perform clinical procedures such as
HydraFacial, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, microblading, micropigmentation and lash extensions
-- ensuring impeccable safety and hygiene standards
Cross-sell skincare regimes and aesthetic packages to exceed monthly revenue targets
Maintain detailed client records in compliance with UAE health regulations
Educate and upskill junior therapists; deliver product and protocol training to doctors & support staff
Champion a five-star guest experience that secures repeat clientele and glowing reviews
What makes you a great fit
Diploma in Cosmetology / Paramedical Aesthetics
(CIDESCO, CIBTAC, VTCT or equivalent)
Certified
Microblading, Micropigmentation and Lash Artist
with at least
4 - 7 years
of hands-on clinical/retail experience
Proven sales track record in luxury beauty, derma-clinics or premium skincare retail
Confident operating technologies such as Hydrafacial, Mesoestetic peels and diode lasers
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi ) are an advantage
Ready to relocate or already based in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred
