Position Objective:

Position Objective Summary: The role encompasses providing comprehensive clinical support and training on Cardiac Surgery products, specifically in the application of Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH). The objective includes driving growth through expert clinical support, serving as a clinical authority on minimal invasive solutions in Cardiac Surgery, and delivering ongoing education to enhance skills and safe product use. Responsibilities also entail direct customer support in operating rooms, product-focused education, frequent customer follow-ups, and leading workshops and symposia to ultimately increase therapy adoption within specified markets. The position also supports new product introductions and upholds all quality requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clinical support and training on the use of Cardiac Surgery products, Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH) directed by sales management.
• Execute clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
• Professional and clinical expert for minimal invasive solutions in Cardiac Surgery use.
• Train and educate throughout the whole sales cycle, address clinical questions and issues.
• Self-responsible clinical customer support for training, practical education and improve existing skills for EVH in Cardiac Surgery.
• Daily customer support directly during the procedure in the OR (Proctoring).
• Frequent follow up for new and existing customers.
• Product focused user education and product training in the OR.
• Increase therapy adoption in specified countries.
• Participate and conduct Workshops and Symposia.
• Support new product introduction.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Qualified operating nurse (exam., qualified general nurse with OR / Cardiac Surgery focus, qualified PA or SCP)
• Experience in endoscopic vessel harvesting - beneficial.
• Previous work experience in a clinical environment - essential.
• Strong clinical background within Cardiac Surgery - essential.
• IT skills with experience in the use of MS Office Software and Web Internet-based communication - essential.
• Experience delivering training to medical/nursing personnel - beneficial.
• Very good English language skills- essential
• Team player.
• self-driven and motivated with a high customer focus.
• Ability to travel within the outlined Region approx. 70%
