Clinic In charge oversees the day-to-day management of medical clinics and outpatient facilities Responsibilities: - \xc3\x98 To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care. Outstanding clinic managers are experienced administrators who proactively address issues that prevent the clinic from running smoothly. \xc3\x98 To oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic. Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care and managing the budget. You will also be required to hire and train staff members. \xc3\x98 Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans. \xc3\x98 Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic. \xc3\x98 Managing the clinic\'s budget, billing system, and inventory. \xc3\x98 Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic. \xc3\x98 Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. \xc3\x98 Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care. \xc3\x98 Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members. \xc3\x98 Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic. \xc3\x98 Sales and marketing - oversee corporate sales, social media marketing, client meetings \xc3\x98 Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations- all regulations as per MOH and all other government agencies \xc3\x98 Any Other Duties & Responsibilities given by the management Clinic Manager Requirements:

• Must be fully fluent in English & Hindi
• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in medical software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of DHA and/or MOH regulations is required.
