Mother Dental Center being a big dental chain in India,We are now expanding our services in UAE .We as a well repute facility have experienced a period of unparalleled growth, and we are looking to add an experienced Pedodontist to our team. We are honored to provide our patients with the high-quality orthodontic care they expect with a focus on helping them realize their dreams of a beautiful smile. Screening patients to determine if they meet criteria for dental care, such as age and physical conditions Providing oral health care to children. Conducting dental exams and X-rays to identify any problems with a child\'s teeth, gums, or jaw development Determining appropriate treatment options for children with dental problems, including performing examinations, making diagnoses, planning treatment, and recommending follow-up care Performing dental procedures including cleaning teeth, treating cavities, and performing fillings and extractions Evaluating the need for extractions in cases where teeth have been damaged beyond repair or are too near nerves that could be damaged with restoration work Suggesting preventative measures and appropriate use of fluoride applications and other dental products and services to help patients maintain excellent dental health at home. Modify patient management in an appropriate and timely manner in consultation with the in-charge. Provide medical reports and necessary documents to patients, clinic management and other stakeholders in consultation with the in-charge as appropriate. Maintain accurate medical records in EMR. Participate in inter-departmental clinical meetings to ensure provision of comprehensive management to the patients. Initiate, participate and present the results of clinical audit within the area of work Adhere to quality indicators, patient bylaws, TAT and protocols for the dept. Adhere to prescribed infection control standards. Refer patient to other specialist/consultant doctors after consultation if required to be intervened. Documentation forms to be maintained - Consent, Insurance, other patient related forms. Perform procedures and treatment as per the Credentialing & Privileging. Administrative: Delegate the responsibility in case of inability to attend meeting. Provide constructive feed-back to the Unit Incharge. Identify areas of cost reduction and process optimization. Ensure that there are no medico legal issues due to errors and negligence in the dept. In case of such issues inform the HOD/Unit Manager. Ensure to keep abreast with latest developments in the area of specialization and interest, and maintain a track of CME / CPD. Demonstrate evidence of successful participation in mandatory courses required by the Clinic.
