Zulekha Healthcare Group is looking for Clinic Manager for its group of clinics in Dubai & Sharjah.
We requires someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and who will motivate and engage the team to deliver the same.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
5-6 Years of Clinic Manager/Clinic Incharge experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities
Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
Ensure that all operational protocols and standards are implemented and followed in all the units assigned and Ensure strict adherence to the SOP.
Handle clinic s routine operations.
Guide and support participation in patient care delivery regularly.
Manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment.
Examine and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients, and physicians.
Support policy formulation and execute budget by providing financial projections during budget development.
Execute productivity increase strategies and optimize clinical staff and procedural value.
Explain good workplace behavior and identify issues and use resources to resolve.
Identify position specific job responsibilities and core competencies to create clear job descriptions.
Improve staff-patient interactions through patient satisfaction tools.
Coordinate to apply suitable KPIs to monitor the patient/unit safety, infection control and uses analytical tools and feedback to ensure a controlled safe environment is maintained at all times.
Ensures unit working hours are covered with adequate staff, suggests recruitment requirements whenever needed
Assure quality care by adhering to patients standards
Provide care education to patients
