Clinical Operation's Supervisor/Manager
to manage operations. We are a multi-speciality clinic (Dermatology, Obs & Gynae, GP, Dental, Beauty & Aesthetics, Orthopedics, Neurology etc) and many more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinical operations and prepare SOP's for each department.
Lead marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain patients.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards and DHA/MOH requirements.
Supervise staff performance, training, and customer service.
Work closely with all specialists to ensure smooth clinic flow.
Manage inventory and operational efficiencies.
Ensure timely cleanliness of medical facility and Medical waste management.
Should have knowledge of insurance, billings and material management.
Reporting to Management.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience and knowledge in UAE healthcare laws and with respect to DHA/MOH and licensing procedures.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
