Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Cash Management Officer to support transaction processing, service delivery, and risk management in the Cash Management Unit. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of cash management products, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions for cash management products including clearing, remittances, deposits, loans, and PDCs
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, SLAs, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor and reconcile suspense and internal accounts, escalating issues as required
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, including VIP clients
• Maintain confidentiality and safe custody of customer records and documents
• Participate in UAT for systems changes and support bank-wide initiatives
• Prepare SOPs, reports, and reconciliations for effective decision-making and audit compliance
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Support document archival, retrieval, and record management per department standards
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and other banks to ensure timely resolution

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in cash management operations
• Strong knowledge of transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
