Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails efficiently
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments where applicable
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff
Support basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing when required
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable
Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Front Desk Receptionist in a clinic or hospital
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with basic sales or conversion ability
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
Familiarity with clinic systems and appointment software is an advantage
