Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise non-clinical staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Handle staff schedules, payroll, and HR-related matters in collaboration with HR.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the clinic's budget.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claim processing.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure the clinic operates in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and inspection bodies.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
Patient Experience:
Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure the clinic environment is safe, clean, and patient-friendly.
Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction metrics.
Technology & Systems:
Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other IT systems.
Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed.
