Job Description

Assist senior client advisors in daily communication and follow-ups with clients. Help identify new product sales opportunities and support strategies that can increase revenue. Assist in planning, creating, and monitoring advertising campaigns. Track client performance results and prepare regular performance reports. Understand customer needs and make sure their requests are handled quickly and accurately. Work closely with internal teams -- such as product, support, and integration -- to ensure smooth service and strong client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive team player who can handle tasks independently when needed. Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using MS Office tools. Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
