Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Aviation Sales & Operations Associate

to join our team. This role primarily focuses on generating sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, and supporting operational tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relationship:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and suppliers. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.

Operations Support:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Assist with documentation, and operational planning when needed. Provide support during key operations or high-volume periods. Help resolve any service or delivery issues in collaboration with the operations team.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or operations, with a strong network in the aviation field. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Excellent communication in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Problem-solver with a team-first mindset. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business tools.
