Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the
dedicated point of contact
for international clients post-sale, ensuring their experience remains smooth and premium.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email--especially those with
international phone numbers
listed in CRM.
Provide
regular updates on off-plan projects
, handover timelines, and next steps.
Coordinate and deliver
VIP hello packages
or welcome experiences for high-profile clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, after-sales, property management, marketing) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Uphold a
5-star service culture
, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations at every stage.
Document client interactions and feedback in CRM, ensuring all touchpoints are tracked and followed up.
