• Be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, managing relationships from initial engagement to project fruition.

• Craft compelling proposals and tailor budget estimates to align with client project objectives.
• Nurture and grow positive business relationships, ensuring continuous dialogue to exceed client expectations.
• Be a strategic player in our business development efforts, leveraging your networks and skills to cultivate potential client relationships.
• Facilitate the negotiation of agreements, and meticulously maintain records of sales and client data.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Client Success, B2B consulting, or marketing role in the UAE.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated prowess in negotiation, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a flair for presentation.
• Proficiency with Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of CRM practices.
• Demonstrable skill in forging and maintaining professional business relationships.
• Familiarity with modern corporate project practices, such as quotation, purchase order, and invoicing.
• Aptitude for crafting and refining proposals, tender project paperwork, and similar documents.
• Mastery over time management and a keen sense of organization.
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
• A valid UAE driving license will be considered an advantage.
