Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Specialist with customer services experience, located in Abu Dhabi. The Client Specialist will be responsible for managing client, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and effective communication. The role requires engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proven experience in Client and Customer Satisfaction
Customer Support proficiency#LI-KS1
Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Experience in outsourcing operations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
