We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for luxury brands and possess strong client management skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile luxury brand clients, including globally recognized names like Chanel, Dior, and more.
Ensure smooth coordination of marketing and campaign execution, aligning with client goals and expectations.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
Address client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure continuous communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in client servicing for luxury or high-profile brands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in handling high-end for Global Brands is a must.
Additional Advantage:
A valid driving license will be considered a plus.
