Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, design, and content) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and campaign updates to clients.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Support social media campaigns by understanding performance metrics and client objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in branding, advertising, or social media.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of social media platforms, branding concepts, and digital marketing trends.
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
