We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Executive with a proven background in the events industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and excels at balancing client-facing responsibilities with internal coordination.
You'll be working closely with our business development and events team, managing pitch proposals, coordinating projects, and providing executive-level support to ensure seamless client experiences. Key Responsibilities
1. Pitch Proposal Management
Coordinate and manage compelling client proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with BD, marketing & technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Maintain a library of templates, case studies & resources for efficiency.
Track timelines, deadlines & feedback to enhance future proposals.
2. Project Management (As Needed)
Act as a liaison between internal teams for smooth execution.
Monitor milestones, budgets, and outcomes--escalating issues when required.
Prepare project updates, reports, and post-event evaluations.
3. Executive Support to Events Team
Manage client correspondence, calls & follow-ups with professionalism.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in client service, project coordination, or executive support within the events industry (agency/consulting preferred).
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
